Helen Sharwood is a Registered Psychologist with more than 25 years’ experience providing counselling and psychological services to adult clients.
In 2006 I commenced my private practice in the Sydney CBD treating clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of psychological issues. In particular my extensive clinical experience focused on supporting professionals and executives presenting with work-related mental health conditions.
In 2017 I relocated to the Southern Highlands of NSW where I continued my practice substantially via Telehealth secure videoconferencing and telephone consultations, delivering short-term evidence-based therapy and interventions to corporate and other private clients with non-related workplace issues.
